Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back. After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that certain items such as personal care products or final sale items may not be eligible for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
